Hullo guys and girls, this is going to be my final update for sometime I'm afraid, as I'm putting a lot of time and effort into a new project. It's called Na5ty.com and it's going to become a huge archive of funny websites, movies, games and animations. I really hope you'll all visit and perhaps even signup as a member! It's fairly small for now, but over coming months it's going to get bigger… and bigger… and BIGGER!

09.03.2004 My Sexual Personality
With marc from stylie.co.uk I've created this little quiz to let people find out their own sexual personality! Try it for yourself here!
My Sexual Personality Is: Pure Horny
You are not particularly romantic, but you are interested in action. You mean business. With you, what you see is what you get. You have no patience for flirting and cant be bothered with someone who is trying to be coy, cute, demure, and subtly enticing. You are an up front person. When it comes to sex, its action that counts not obscure hints. Your mates physical attractiveness is important to you. You find the chase and challenge of the hunt invigorating. You are passionate and sexual as well as being much more adventurous than you appear however, you do not go around advertising these qualities. Your physical needs are your primary concern.

04.03.2004 GRRRRRRR!
This house buying malarky isnt as easy as we first thought it would be. Firstly, before we can get the mortgage they have to value the house. If they don't think its worth as much as we offered for it then they will only lend us the amount they think its worth. What's more they charge us ?200 for the privalige (this is actually quite a cheap valuation fee!). What's really annoying though is that if they turn round and say its worth 5k less than we've offered its us buggered, cos theres no way we can afford to raise another 5k on top of the valuation fee, 5% deposit, land registry fees, solicitors fees and all the rest! As you can probably imagine. This is starting to become a little nerve racking. But the financial woes don't stop there, oh no. Even if we get the morgtgage and the amount we need, we have to find another couple of grand to get all the windows redone, cos at the moment, they're all wooden and rotting and urgently in need of replacing with PVCU windows.
Expect the rants to get worse over coming weeks… >:o(

03.03.2004 Scary times!
So it seems its all going ahead! Our offer was accepted on the house, and now we're in the process of getting a good mortgage sorted before we can go ahead and actually really *really* purchase the property. In theory, if everything goes to plan (and I'm hoping for the love of god that it does) we should be able to complete on the property by the end of March. Apparently, the average house takes between 6 and 8 weeks but we've been assured by our IFA that it won't take that long. Well… here's hoping!
I think finding out that our offer was accepted has possibly been one of the most exciting moments of my life! I'm really not used to the kind of suspense. We were told to expect a call letting us know if they'd accepted our offer (there was all sorts of crap going on with sealed bids n stuff). So the woman rings up:
Woman: Mr Kettle?
Me: Thats me
Woman: Aplogies for all the delays with getting back to you the vendor has been very choosy over who they are selling to”.
Me: thats ok (at this point I'm getting slightly agaited while she woffles on about some other stuff).
Woman: Well…. *long pause* …
At this point I'm begining to pull my hair out. All I want to hear is three words “you got it”. The pause seems to go on forever and ever, but eventially she says the three magical words. “YESSSSS” I shout. Steph who's stood next to me has just worked out who's on the phone and runs off to tell her mum.
After the initial excitment had worn down, I suddenly started to realise I have to try and find several tens of thousands of pounds to pay for the property. Crap. I've been to see inside the property now, and as soon as we complete on the house I'll post the pics that I took up here. Then we can all see the before and after pics a few months down the line…
Someone wish me luck… I have a feeling we're gonna need it!
