23.04.2008 Happy St Georges Day!
Today is St Georges day here in rainy england (and most of the rest of the world as well). For those of you who don’t know, Saint George is the patron saint of England and shares his celebratory day with England’s ‘national day’.
On the subject of England, I came across the DotEng campaign for an english domain yesterday. Basically it’s a campaign to get England it’s very own country specific top level domain. To be fair, it would be pretty cool if England could have it’s own domain - we are a country after all, and everyone else has them. Why should we have to use boring old .co.uk domains anyway?
So… I signed the petition and added a link to my side bar - you guys should too!
